As a Registered Massage Therapist in Milton Ontario, Jen works with her patients to unwind limitations in their body. With a science and evidence based approach paired with listening to you and your body, Jen uses Massage Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki and Yoga in her practice. She works with patients with chronic pain, inflammation, stress, lymphedema, lipedema and neurological disorders. She also helps patients recover from surgery or injuries.
