About the Course

This is a boot camp for couples to practice how to handle contractions using breathing and positions. It is a hands-on class, where parents will get to try different positions and techniques.

  • Breathing techniques

  • Massage techniques

  • Relaxation techniques

  • Different positions and how they work

  • How to help your partner through their contractions

  • Keeping calm


*Please bring your own yoga mat & pillows with you as we will be on the floor for part of this workshop.
