Sibling Classes These classes are designed to help introduce the new addition to the smaller members of the family! The class is designed to keep their attention, be fun and interactive, but still help them understand what is going on and what to expect. The class is done in small groups, with mom and dad present and will take about 2 hours.   Outline:  Introductions: mom, dad, child & new baby Colouring exercise Feelings about new addition Expectations What to expect when baby is coming How to help when baby is coming What to expect with a new baby How to handle your feelings about this new baby How to help mom & dad Ideas for parents to help ease the transition Activities to do during labour & delivery Practicing to hold and even diaper babies!
