Prenatal classes have come a long way in the past few years! Childbirth is always changing, and no two labours are the same. Our goal is to help you understand what to expect and to take away the "unknown" factor. At the end of our classes, we want you to come away feeling prepared and empowered. At Birth Connections, it is our goal to make sure that parents are confident that they have the tools and the knowledge to deal with all situations that may occur in childbirth. All classes are taught in a non jugdemental and open atmosphere by a Certified Childbirth Educator and Labour Doula. We keep the classes small, to ensure that everyone can get all of their questions answered!
Online Classes Are more than just reading all about labour & delivery, they are interactive classes, where you can see the instructor and other parents, interact and ask questions. They are the same class as the regular classes, just done in the comfort of your own home! Webcams are not necessary.
